VVIP Priority Lot Selection Preparation
Due to extremely high demand, allocation is performed on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure a successful signing day, VVIP registrants should prepare the following documents in advance:
Purchaser Identification
Two pieces of government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License) for each purchaser listed on the contract.
certified bank draft
A certified bank draft of $20,000 payable to: SERENO BUILDINGS CORP. for signing, and post-dated cheques for the remaining schedule.
Mortgage Pre-Approval
A mortgage pre-approval letter from an accredited Canadian financial institution or major bank.
